What is it? elearning image

E-Learning, formerly known as WebCT is the name given to the Learning Management System (link to) employed by the University of Florida. E-Learning includes WebCT/BlackBoard 4 and the Elluminate Live!! (link to) virtual classroom.

  • Allows the addition of live discussion and dynamic interaction in synchronous distance learning.
  • Easy to facilitate communication, participation, and collaboration between groups of students and with the instructor.
